The beloved new cars...
Our "baby" Bean turned 2 today!!! We had a great day at home playing, drawing, watching Mickey Mouse and then a trip to the playground. Bean wanted pizza for dinner (I swear, the child does eat other foods besides pizza), so Papa John's delivered some yummy cheese pizza. Bean proudly ate almost 3 pieces!!! Then it was time for...CAKE!!! Bean knew just what to do. He blew out his candles all on his own! (that must be genetically programmed into all children) :) He then proceeded to eat all the frosting off his cupcake and was done.
Bean got to open up some presents tonight as well...his favorite were a set of cars from his up north grandparents. All 4 cars were part of our nightly routine...books, brushing teeth...and if Bean had his way, they would have gone to bed with him! The true sign of a well loved gift!
It truly was a perfect day. I am so proud to have such an amazing little boy and feel very lucky and blessed to be his mommy. Happy 2nd Birthday Bean!!!
