Bean and Boo: Long weekend at the Beach

Last weekend we enjoyed a trip to Amelia Island. I had a conference for work, so I spent the mornings in lectures. But,we had afternoons free to play and had a wonderful time! We had a few thunderstorms, which were actually very welcome because we needed the rain...And storms are so pretty to watch out over the ocean. :) Enjoy the pictures, and Daddy really was there, he just is very good at avoiding the camera!

Sooo...when booking our villa, I requested a first floor room specifically so Daddy wouldn't have to drag all our stuff up lots of stairs and so we wouldn't have to deal with the stairs with the kids. Well, we did get a first floor room, but there was at least 50 steps leading up to it!!! I found this all very amusing...not so sure Daddy thought it was as funny. :)

Take 2! Last year, we went to Ops Pizza and Bean slept the entire dinner. Well, he did it again! We had a busy day of swimming and here he is sleeping through dinner. :)
